At Reel Designs by Rebekkah, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping process.
📅 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item is shipped. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only using USPS (United States Postal Service).
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.
Tracking information is provided once your order is placed and will update as the package moves through USPS.
💰 Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.00 per order.
Free shipping promotions may be offered during special sales or events.
📍 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Reel Designs by Rebekkah is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been marked DELIVERED by USPS, Reel Designs by Rebekkah is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, you must:

Contact your local USPS office immediately

Check your mail delivery area, mailbox location, or with others at your adrress

File a claim directly with USPS
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
📦 Optional: Signature Confirmation
For added security, customers may purchase Signature Confirmation is available for an additional $4.00.
If you would like this option, you MUST REQUEST IT BEFORE CHECKOUT so it can be added to your order.
This ensures your package is only delivered when someone is available to sign for it.
If you choose not to add signature confirmation, you accept full responsibility once the package is marked delivered.
