All items are handmade and made-to-order unless otherwise stated. Product images are representative; slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade items.

2. Order Processing

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. We do not accept returns due to damage from use, wear and tear, or manufacturing defects unless the product is returned for inspection. Buyer pays for the cost of return items for inspection.

Badge reels and other accessories are decorative and functional but not indestructible. Handle with care and follow any care instructions provided with your order.

Reel Designs by Rebekkah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products. Our products are decorative and functional but should be handled with care. If we believe that an item was misused, intentionally damaged, or handled in a way that goes against recommended use, no refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.

There are many images and graphics used on this site that are original, hand-drawn artwork created by Rebekkah and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used in any form without explicit written permission. Unauthorized used of any intellectual property will be perused to the fullest extent of the law.
