📦 Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you so much for your order! Every badge reel is made with care and tested for full functionality before it leaves my hands. As a small business, I do my best to ensure each product meets a high standard — but please review the policy below before requesting a return or replacement.

🚫 No Returns or Replacements For:

• General wear and tear

• Breakage due to use

• Swivel, string, or recoil mechanism issues after delivery

• Acrylic pieces detaching (can be reattached with hot glue or E6000)

Please note: The retractable mechanism is sensitive and may occasionally stick. Try gently “winding” the string back in or twisting the silver backing — this typically fixes the issue.

🔁 Replacement Consideration:

If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturer defect, I’m happy to inspect it. However:

• You must return the item before any replacement is issued

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (no exceptions)

• Items must be returned in original condition to avoid a deduction in value

⚠️ Additional Notes:

• Badge reels are made to order and typically measure 2” unless otherwise noted

• Overloading the reel with heavy items can cause recoil failure — please use with care
