Interchangeable Backing Fee
Interchangeable toppers require hook & loop (Velcro®) backing to allow easy attachment and removal from your badge reel base. This backing is applied to each individual topper during assembly to ensure a secure fit and proper function of the interchangeable system.
A small fee is applied to cover the materials used for this backing on each topper.
